I recently saved about 50 of them in a drying-out tire rut in the alley. There were hundreds of dead ones because they ran out of water so I rescued all the live ones I could. But there were other fuller ponds and mucky puddles where they all seemed fine. Why do you have to be so vigilant about clean water in aquariums?
